Latest run not syncing to strava - iconic

Sorry if there is another thread covering this, tried to search for a fix but not found any that work thus far.

My run shows on my iconic (gps), fitbit app and the dashboard, but its the first one that is not seeming to sync to strava. 

Has anyone got any advice how I can get this run to sync, and how to hopefully ensure this doesnt happen in the future?

You can try to re-establish your fitbit strava connection at https://strava.fitbit.com/

If that doesnt work, a manual workaround is to download the .tcx file from the activity page on fitbit's web dashboard (you cant do this in the fitbit app) and then manually upload on the strava webpage.  The tcx contains all the information fitbit sends to strava anyway.

Restablish connection - tried this, nochange as was already connected. 

Tried ro save the .tcx information, however cant seem to upload it. I dont want to manually inpit the data as i want the route etc to show and to be able to see how quick i managed some of the segments of the route. Unless i am missing something with how to upload this?

Update-  Strava not recognising the .tcx file when i am trying to upload this file 🙈
