Latest update 4/21/20 MANY problems

Exercises now only icons no words. 

icons are spaced very close together so easy to start wrong one. Then still no words so you can’t tell you used the wrong one till after you sync with app on phone. 

icons are small & hard to tell which is which in normal light. In bright light, impossible. 

After complete exercise no stats appear. 

when stop exercise only boxes appear to end, again no words. 

Words of text messages no longer appear on phone. 

Hey Fitbit this was a TERRIBLE update, fix it FAST before we all give up & go get Apple watches.

@refturner, I have not experienced any of those problems on my Ionic. Did you get a clean install of the update? What version of the firmware does it show in the Settings->About?  Have you shut down your Ionic and restarted it to ensure it got a clean boot?

Clean install of update?  Assume so.

Version shown is 70.7.27

Yes have shut down & restarted.

Weather app also, icons only no words.

So deleted my Ionic & set it up again as a new device.

Same problems exist.

Finally after talking with Customer Support (no help) & then DM'g with Twitter Support, Support suggested a factory reset (more than a hard reset).  Took me three tries BUT IT WORKED!  My watch has returned to normal.
