Second.problem with my ionic: the green led light won't Turn off.
I already put the option to off on the Watch, made several resets and Still on. This way the battery runs out quickly. Any help please?

The next thing to try would be a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings and then About and then Factory Reset. The tracker will be returned to the way it was when you unboxed it and you will be given instructions to start all over again.
Sync your tracker before doing the Reset so you don't lose the day's stats.

@SunsetRunner Mine did this too and restarts didnt fix it, but I went to the settings app and scrolled down to About and turned the watch off for a few hours and when I turned it back on it was working correctly. I did this as I didnt really want to do a factory reset and was relieved it seemed to solve it, so worth a try.
