When I long-hold the left button, I am taken to my Wallet. I want to go to the countdown timer. How do I make the change?

Here's how you can do it on Versa 2, I think the same on Ionic but not sure.

From clock face, scroll right (swipe left) to Settings and tap that.  Then scroll down (swipe up) to 'Left Button'.  That gives you several choices of what you want the left button to do.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
