Lifetime distance

My lifetime distance is recorded in kilometres but the total is 60% of what it should be - ie the miles total but stated as kilometres. I am unable to change this.

@Dave-OH Fitbit Support have acknowledged the problem and are working on it.. No date for solution.

@Dave-OH  This was a bug we had in the obsolete Groups we participated in.. the heading showed Kilometres and the distance displayed was Miles for weekly and monthly totals.

 

I'm metric and all of my Km's are correct...

 

Where do you see this error...?   and is it showing on other distance images ?

@Dave-OH  You are correct... I hadn't followed that one so closely because it was going to take me years to get my next distance badge 20,003 Km's

 

I have now linked this to a support email request to fix this..

Fitbit gurus have fixed the issue - now correct lifetime kilometres are recorded. Thanks
