Line through and only shows 12

I was out with friends the other night and went to check steps and the time. There is a green line straight through the screen and it only shows 12 o'clock, also when it sorts its self out the screen just flashes on and off. Any ideas welcome

Did you try a two button restart or a shutdown through the settings menu? 

Maybe you might want to contact Fitbit.
