Hi,
This morning I've noticed a single green pixel on my Ionic screen (lower left corner). I've shutdown and turned on my watch a few times but the pixel is still there...any ideas?
Tx

@Just_run, since you have already restarted your tracker several times, your next step should be to contact Fitbit Support so that they can help resolve this issue.

@Just_run Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with your Ionic's screen. Thanks for trying the shut down process in order to sort this out.
I'd recommend performing a restart on your Ionic. That usually helps with this kind of situations.
If that doesn't do the trick, try changing the clock face on your watch. That could also help you out.
If that doesn't work either, please follow @USAF-Larry suggestion about contacting customer support for further assistance on this. I can also help you out to contact them if needed.
Also, if possible after trying the above, please share a picture of your Ionic's screen showing that green pixel on its screen.
Hope this helps. Keep me posted! ![]()
