I go to the load music function and it tells me to download Fitbit.com/setup I go there and it says 

 “get app” which I already have. How do I load music from my iPad?

To load personal music on your ionic you will need to have a windows or Mac computer. 

You can use a mobile device to setup Pandora or Deezer.
