My Fitbit is locked and I can’t figure out how to reset my password.

You can reset the device lock PIN by:

Steve thank you so much.  I tried googling it, but couldn’t understand what it was saying.  My ionic is now working correct and I now know you can’t let a 3 yr old just press the numbers.  😀
