Loosing data

Why is it that the ionic can show step goal and the app also displays it but an hour or so later nothing.  It done this 3 times now.  Getting frustrated with achievements that don't show later.

I have no answer, but posted a similar issue with Active Minutes - I workout, it displays the minutes on the Ionic and the app - but no minutes go to the Active Minutes, or disappears later.

I thought that was happening but wasn't focussed on that issue myself.  I was watching my steps as I have disabilities I still strap the unit to leg so don't see or react often with Ionic.  Use the app to watch my step goal.  Usually I stop after my goal is reached which I did.  My exercise show that I did the exercise as I trigger treadmill exercise and watch it on the app my progress.  I sense that when the unit syncs on the app I've noticed the data rolls back briefly on the app.  This is where I see the data getting lost.  Now that you mentioned the active minutes I see I lost that also.  Thanks.  A bit disappointed with this Ionic.

Perhaps the app update will rectify this as I see there is one first thing this morning.

Tonight I notice no active minutes also now.  Irritates me to be part of the solution.  They should of ran tests before they released.

This is happening to me as well. Very unhappy with the Ionic so far.

Thought maybe it was fixed but tonight noticed that active minutes went back to 0.  It worked only on Tuesday and Thursday of the this week.  Workout details are there but somehow its syncing and it  zero's out the active minutes.  Sure they will fix but agree its annoying that for the money of the device that they are having issues like this with on of the original settings.

I'm not cŕazy. I posted my accomplishment. Was going to bed checked my total.  Now I don't have it.  Very disapointed that the most basic don't hold the data.
