Can anyone advise if there has been a response from Fitbit with regards to Multi Interval Functionality, within the Interval Workout,
The Add function is greyed out. You also cannot amend the wording from Move / Rest.
I have checked other comments and this seems to be a long standing issue (2018),
Thanks in Advance

@SunsetRunner It's nice to see you on the Community. Thanks for the research done prior to posting.
The interval training settings need to be changed from your app or online Dashboard:
- Go to your Fitbit app
- Tap on your Ionic's icon
- Scroll down until you see the Exercise Shortcuts
- Tap on it and select Interval Workout
Also, I would like you to provide me with more details about the add function that's grayed out for you. Are you not able to add the Interval Workout to your exercises?
Let me know the outcome. I'll be around if you have any additional questions.

@SunsetRunner Thanks for getting back.
The interval section contains the same settings for all the Fitbit devices where it's available. You'll set a move and rest period and the total interval time can be between 10 seconds to 24 hours. After you've set the move and rest period, you'll have the option to set until 49 repetitions.
Please attach a picture of the gray button that you're seeing.
Looking forward to hearing back from you.
