Multiple Issues

I'm really sad. I loved my Ionic, and today it just started going crazy.

1) First it started thinking I was vharging it even when I wasn't.

2) Then it just stopped doing anything except that I could get it to display the Fitbit icon when plugged in.

3) Now it will work but only when it stays plugged in.  

I have tried restarting multiple times.  I have tried factory reset multiple times.  I did just update software.  Is that the problem?

Please help!  I'm tempted to eat chocolate and drink soda!  This has been invaluable for me.  Please help!
