Hi everyone,

I got ionic for 2 mths. So far so good except for play music. When used the bundled music func. to play music, I found that always orrcured repeatedly & wrongly content. Ex. Music list 1,2,3,4,5...10, whatever i play by "shuffle" or "order", it always perform like 1,2,1,3,1,4....even i click "next button" on fitbit. It is no func.... Also I found the monitor on fitbit showed the wrong music name when switched music. Ex.  Playlist 1,2,3,4,5. When 1 be peformed, i'd like to switch. 2 or 3 then monitor showed what I switched but the music 1 sitll be played....

 

Pls help. Tks a lot!

@Jamse Welcome to the Fitbit Community! Sorry for the delayed response. Thanks for reporting the situation you are experiencing with music control on Ionic. Are you still experiencing the same?

I'd recommend performing a restart on Ionic. This should help out with this strange behavior. 

Try that out and let me know how it goes! Smiley Happy

Sorry, i reboot my fitbit the issue still exist....  😞

My Ionic crashed while I just clicked "Restore Factory Setting" ...

And now whatever try to sync or reboot , it was no function, Ionic screen just showed " Data not cleared Sync & try again"...

 

Pls help....Almost I can't use it normally , since I got my Ionic
