(Music Problem) Only play the first song in the playlist

 I transfer a playlist to the Ionic and it will only play the first song. All the other songs in the playlist are visible on the Ionic but will not play. Thanks!  The agent in Hong Kong only tell me try to reset the watch but still cannot fix the problem

Hey there @StanleyABC, thanks for stopping by! This is strange.

 

If you were advised to do a restart on your Ionic, can you please confirm if the steps below were the ones you performed?

 

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If your Fitbit Ionic doesn't work normally, use the instructions in How do I turn off my Fitbit device? to turn your watch off and on again.

 

This should certainly help you out with this.

Hello!

 

My versa does it to!

Only play the first song. When I change the song.. the songs name appears on the watch, but the song that he plays is the first of the list.

 

The restart/shutdown don't solve the problem.

 

Why is this happening?

This didn’t help at all. I restarted the device without success and then I tried the factory reset, nothing works. I upload the music again and it only plays the firs song of each playlist. This is so upsetting. Now I’ve read that it works if you upload through the iTunes. Now everyone has to have apple computer, phone and iTunes to use Fitbit? I thought that the point of not having an Apple Watch was not to be attached to apple. I don’t get why I can’t just put music into the Fitbit watch. Unacceptable!!!

DO NOT BUY FITBIT, their software are virus itself. very unstable and full of bugs. best part they don't care to fix it. my ionic always reset the sound volume to max, only one side of the earbud have volume control, now my ionic is facing this problem too. 😡
