To many steps to get into volume control, should be quickly accessible as in one clic.  And please correct the issue with volume control while using airpods.

It's great to see you around @blazeh10. That's a great idea, you may want to vote for this one that's already posted in our Feature Suggestion board Music volume Faster Access, those are viewed by our engineers and developers.

 

Regarding the issue with volume control on airpods, please confirm you've tried restarting your Ionic, un-pairing and repairing the headphones. If after performing this, you keep having issues rest assure that Fitbit is aware and already working towards a resolution.
