Have setup my Ionic to play music over my Jabra Sport Pulse. Music synced fine and the pairing went well. The issue now is that the music starts to play, then silent for a secon, then music back. And so it continues. Have the latest firmware in all places and have restarted both devices. Any ideas?

I have the exact same issue. I don’t it’s a blue tooth issue. It looks like the watch playback is the problem judging by the way the seconds count back when the song is playing. It seems to speed up and slow down evey 1 to 2 seconds

That sounds really strange. Mine works really well, id suggest you restart you Ionic and see if that sorts it out. Let us know how you go.

Hi @NellyG, @Lasses, @Surfer2,
I have this issue, and found a workaround that might work for you.
Play some music, and when it cuts out, press pause on the headset and then play again. That usually fixes it for me, for that session.
Others reported success by wearing the Ionic on the same side of the body as the Bluetooth transmitter on the headset.
Hopefully one of these will work for you.

I’ve tried both of those things but it didn’t change anything. It’s not a Bluetooth issue.

I have the same issue and Fitbit support have advised me it isn't compatible with my jabra pulse and the only headphones they can guarantee will work are the fitbit headphones which I think are around 120 quid. I'm disappointed with this watch.

I too have this problem with sports pulse headphones .Only had ionic two days but too many bugs and issues and now I have to buy new headphones. How ridiculous.

I have had this problem on the last two occasions I have tried to listen to music via my Ionic. Yesterday, I tried wearing the watch on my other wrist so it was closer to the BT receiver on my headphones, but that didn't make a difference. When I was in my house standing still it seemed to work ok, but outside running with GPS, it was terrible - luckily I had my phone with me, so switched to listening to music via the phone, but defeats the object of having the Ionic! Today, I followed the advice and unpaired the headphones, restarted the Ionic (twice) and tried to pair the headphones again. After 6 attempts, I still cannot pair the headphones - no devices found. Very frustrating as everything else had been working fine.

I'm stealing this post for a similiar question, but regarding the Versa. I posted this in the Versa forum, and someone linked me here, so here goes:
I am considering buying a Fitbit Versa and use instead of my phone when running. The only thing I'm worrying about is if its possible to connect it to my earphones Jabra Sport Pulse without the phone as a go-between. Anyone knows?
I read in this post that it struggled earlier, but they dropped a new firmware in May, anyone knows if that helped with the issue?
