Please can someone help me! 

 

I have music through deezer on my Apple phone. 

How do I get it onto my watch? It doesn’t seem to sync?

I don't use Deezer so can't help directly but here is a link to fitbit's guide to using Deezer:

After setting up Deezer, your Ionic should be plugged into it's charger and charging. 

It is during the charging cycle that wifi is turned on. I find it takes about ten minutes before the Pandora progress bar to be displayed.

During the setup process of the wifi, make sure that the phone is connected to the wifi that the Ionic is being setup to.

The phone is not needed for the actual transfer of the Deezer music.
