My Fitbit ionic stopped giving me my notifications, and I've got notifications from December 25th that won't clear. If I hear my iphone alert me of a text, I can look on my Fitbit and it will be there, but it doesn't make noise or vibrate anymore. I checked and the vibration is on strong and noise is on.
Also when I clear my notifications, I have ones from December that won't clear.

@JRobert19 i received a response from one of the Fitbit moderators on my other thread.
"Please know that our team is aware of it and are working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible.
We're sorry for any trouble. We appreciate your patience and look forward to getting you back on track. For the time being please continue restarting your Fitbit to get rid of the notifications.
Please let us know if there's anything we can do to assist you in the meantime."

@JRobert19 I have this problem as well (see this thread: https://community.fitbit.com/t5/Ionic/quot-Clear-All-quot-doesn-t-clear-all-notifications/m-p/318561...).
What I've done in the meantime is to shutdown the Ionic and restart it. That will clear all my past notifications.

Thank you Victor, I will give that a try. Hopefully it fixes both my issues.
