My Fitbit Ionic is not synchronizing with my Jaybird wireless headphones, I trying resetting the Fitbit, still not working.  What else should I do?

@colona16 Put your Jaybirds in Bluetooth pairing mode (you’ll have to look in your manual to find out how. Put your Ionic in Bluetooth pairing mode (swipe right to left to the Settings Cog, tap it, scroll to Bluetooth, tap it and tap “+New Device” You should see “searching” and then the two should connect. 

 

If if it fails, switch everything off, make sure anything your Jaybirds have previously been connected to (such as phone) is also off, switch back on your Jaybirds and repeat steps above.
