My Fitbit Ionic keeps unpairing from my iPhone X.

i have tried all the instructions on the Forum including the Soft Resets which no longer work.

I have restarted my phone but that didn’t work so yesterday I did a hard reset on my Ionic which worked for less that one day as I am now back to Square one. 

The watch is less than a year old and I am fed up with this unreliability.

If you have tired restarts and a factorh reset with no improvement the I'd suggest you contact Support (link in my signature)
