My ionic died completely and then i did not try to charge it for a couple weeks and when i plugged it in and tried to charge it and turn it on it will not turn on. When i go to my app on my phone it says the battery is dead. I have tried to hold the buttons on the watch and factory reset and that does not work either. I have cleaned the back where the power cord magnetically connects and that did not work either. The charging cord has a good magnetic connection so it dont think it is the charging cable or the connection of the cable either that is the problem. I am not sure what else i can try to do to get my ionic to work again?

I have the exact same problem with mine. Can someone please advise what to do? I’ve tried everything in the troubleshoot section and nothing works.

Welcome to the Community @Polys. Thanks for the troubleshooting performed and the details mentioned.
Sorry for the delayed reply. I would like you to confirm that you've tried restarting it and fully charging. After this, answer to the following questions:
- Is it still syncing to your Dashboard?
- Is it working when connected to the charger?
- How long is the battery lasting?
Keep me posted. I'll be around if you need further assistance.
