My Fitbit Ionice just stopped tracking any activities

Watch is working, but it doesn't appear any sensors are collecting data.  My steps are stuck at 9, no heart rate, no stairs, etc.

I have tried holding down the left and bottom right button to reset, I have done a shutdown, I have done a reset to factory setting and a complete re-setup.  No changes.  Twice is has reported the sensors are not working, to take it off, plug it in, set it down for 15 seconds.  I tried it, and no change.  It was working last night, I woke up and its not.

Help!!!

If the restart and factory reset didnt work I think you need to contact support (link in my signature)

Given the troubleshooting you already did, I second @NellyG's suggestion in contacting Support.

I had to send it in, and I printed the label and did so immediately.  That was Nov 1st, and it is now Nov 12th with no word from Fitbit at all.  I bought a defective Ionic, only to be followed up by a glacial black hole of a support process.  Who knows, maybe next week they'll send a replacement.  Smiley SadSmiley SadSmiley Sad

Update 2:  They promised that I would have it back by the November 22nd.  Well, today is November 22nd and I've had no word or updates from Fitbit.  I'm a loss.  I bought a product that stopped working days after I spent $300 on it, and this is Fitbit's response?   "Just send it in to our horribly slow support process, and who knows, maybe it'll show back up someday."

It's Christmas season, don't buy a Fitbit product.
