My ionic battery died so I wanted to charge it. It won’t even light up the screen to show me 0%, checked and the cable does provide the electricity needed to charge and left it connected to different ports for a couple of days now and still nothing..
Cleaned both the charger and the ionic and tried again and still nothing..

You need to contact Fitbit Support right away (link is at the bottom of the page). Something is wrong either with the charging cable or the device itself, and they can help you administer a Battery Test.
