My Fitbit Ionic suddenly stopped working yesterday morning. It was fully charged a day before. The app shows it has a charge. But it won’t turn on at all. I’ve tried looking online for solutions but have not found one. Is there something to do about this. The watch is about seven months old.

I would contact support of a restart does not fix the problem.
