Hi Fitbit Team,

After successfull updated lasted firmware, I used my fibit ionic normal arround 04 hours. When I waked up on the morning, My ionic won't turn on.

I see on my fitbit It's still sync to 2:22AM. I think have some problem with this firmware affect to my ionic!!!!

I have the same problem. My Ionic doesn't want to turn on after a "successful" upgrade yesterday

Same here, after the update last week I think I didnt notice until today that I was running about 20-30 mins behind, and wouldn't sync with the app, thought I would turn it off and then on again, and now it wont turn on, truly ridiculous. I have it on the charger HOPING it will turn back on, but I sure I'll be calling about this tomorrow.

Was working great, after the update, paperweight.

*EDIT* I fixed mine by holding the left button and the bottom button for almost 20 seconds and then the fitbit logo came up and it booted up, and was able to finally sync.

*EDIT 2* (30 mins later), Now I have to hit the left button and the bottom right button to reset the **ahem** thing cause it wont shutdown properly and now I cant sync with the app, and bluetooth doesn't find it nor does the fitbit app. Unpaired from phone, removed from app, reinstalled app, nothing. So back to a paperweight. And I know if I factory reset this I am going to regret it.

I did a help chat with Fitbit....They determined that my Fitbit could not be fixed, and they are now in the process of mailing me a replacement.   Hopefully that one will work better.:-)

Just got off the phone with Fitbit and I will say I am not at all confident with my call. The woman says its a known issue and the developers are aware of it and are looking for correct the issue. Great, then she says I am going to write everything up with your problem to send to the developers so they know on the known issue ticket, wonderful. I ask how will I know when the issue will be fixed, she says it will start working. (?!?!?!) I say, what its going to be magically fixed? She says yes (Seriously?) then she tells me she doesn't know when there will be a software update to the issue. So in short I have a paperweight until they decide to fix it. I even said maybe the developers should revert to the previous firmware so we all have working watches again, her response was I'll put that in the report.

Yeah my confidence level is WAYWAY up there (sigh).
