It was working good before.Last two months, I was not using. Now I try to charge. It doesn't charge. I tried ON. Doesn't ON. Tried resetting/restarting. Doesn't work. I cleaned the pins both on the watch and the charger. Still not charging/getting ON

This is a problem for many. My 2nd one died yesterday. Fitbit knows it has this issue but does not back its product. Needs a recall and replacement.
