My ionic stopped recording steps

Hi @Leaf1. Welcome to the Forums! I'm sorry for the delayed response.

 

Thanks for letting me know about your Ionic and I'm sorry that it's not tracking steps correctly. To work on this, may I know if the same happens with the rest of your stats (floors, distance and calories)? Do you remember since when this started to happen? I'd recommend to restart your watch, sync with the Fitbit app and monitor its behavior.
