Charged my Ionic last night (to 91), put it on my wrist at 2:00 am, woke at 6:00 am and the watch was dead. Called customer support, trouble shoot the problem, watch is still dead, offered a 25% discount to replace the watch and a 40% discount for a Versa. Put me on hold and sent me a link for 25% discount but there was no 40% discount.
Went to forum and realized that I had purchased my Ionic January of 2018 and less than two years later, the watch is dead. Why would I buy another one? The saga continues. I am leaning toward an Apple Watch, liked what the Ionic Monitors (bought the watch to increase my water intake/monitor my water intake), but do not want to spend another $300 for an 18 month watch.

Seems that it's a mass problem.
Mine bricked three days ago, and three months after the warranty expired.
Had the same weird response from the tech support.
Tried to explain that the whole my family uses Fitbits, but they didn't give any extra discount.
By the way, Ionic was on sale last year for $149.
I believe the company needs to be sued for selling intentionally defective devices.
