Making a request for my bank Sterling National Bank to be added for FitBit Pay. The website is snb.com, routing number # XXX. Not sure if anything else is needed. Thank you.

Something is needed to be setup in the bank. 

I suggest also asking the bank to contact Fitbit.

The place to post suggestions is over on the feature suggestions board. Other users vote on your suggestion and Fitbit get an idea as to how popular it would be. The more popular ones have a better chance of being implemented.
