horrible product

just purchased Ionic last November 2019

Defective 

Yesterday called because Ionic stopped working

Fitbit informed me that this was replaced so sorry

Fitbit support can see more of our devices than we can. Our devices pair to the email address, which doubles as our account. You said that support had the wrong email address and name? They would know if it had been returned and replaced if under warranty. Is that what the problem is? Sometimes retail places are able to wrap returned items and make them look as though they are in a new box. Only an authorized retailer is suggested to ensure the warranty. So, why not tell us more of the story about where the Fitbit was purchased by your sibling and what exactly Fitbit support said when you contacted them.

Hi @Tajismybrother warranty is only a year in the USA and 2 years in some European countries. Fitbit knows when devices are set up and charged, so they would know if your device was a replacement. Where did you buy it? Is this what your problem is?

Your products that I have had all have had poor quality & Short Watch life
I don't think that I'm the few that have these issues
Short Battery Life
Water Resistant NOT what was stated
Poor Quality causing consistent issues
This is outrageous and I wouldn't refer or purchase any watch from your
Brand
moving forward
