Hi,
I got a new samsung phone so I sync my all my apps from my previous samsung phone to my new one.
I sync my fitbit ionic to my new phone but its not syncing,
so what i did i restarted my fitbit and do another installation on my fitbit watched
After updating, fitbit is not installing anymore and stucked in fitbit logo.
restarting my fitbit, data cannot sync.

Hi @shake3587 What is your new Samsung phone? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

I tried also to reinstall it thru my old phone after updating its not installing and fail after
