Just purchased a fitbit Ionic and was told an Ipad can do the setup and you not need an Iphone. My Ipad just keeps searching and unable to find the Ionic watch. Need help

Hello @Truecoldnorth, welcome to the Community forums. 

 

I'm sorry to see that you've been having trouble to set up your Ionic watch. The list of compatible devices that you can use to set up and sync your data is available here. Please confirm if the device you're using is currently listed as compatible. 

 

If a device isn’t listed it doesn’t mean it won’t work with a Fitbit tracker or smartwatch, however we cannot guarantee optimal performance on devices for which we have not tested and confirmed compatibility.
