My ionic no longer keeps current time, nor is the charge lasting , need to know how to change battery, I got this ionic in 10/2017

Ever since the last update mine isn't tracking steps correctly,  tracking hr correctly and my battery went from 42% at 8pm to nothing by 12am. Ridiculous.

My ionic is 3 years old, up until a few weeks ago I loved it, then the time became slower and slower, I would charge it all night and as soon as it was off the charger, the time would start to slow down, I’ve been trying every since to see how to change the battery, I did see a utube about changing the battery but it was extremely complex, not to mention you need super eyes to see the extreme small screws and tools! I’m really irritated!exgaling1021
