How long have you had it? Check the charger connection to the watch, I got a little fluff on one contact and it showed the charge amount but wasn't charging, soon as I cleaned off the contacts my watch charged up again as normal. Give the contacts on both your watch and charger a clean. Try using a different USB port (if you're using a computer) if your using a wall plug try a computer usb port instead.
