My Ionic suddenly stopped showing my heart beats. I have tried to make a reset three times with no progress. Also cleaned it. What is the next step?

Hi @malingn have a double check you have heart rate enabled on your Ionic. From the screen swipe left to the settings cog and scroll down to Heart Rate.
