My text messages don't stay on my Ionic - when I read them on my phone, they fall off the Ionic.

Just upgraded from the Blaze today.  There was a delay in notifications crossing over, which caused me to do a great deal of trouble shooting, so I feel I understand the notification set ups, both on my iPhone 6 plus, and my ionic.

I am now receiving text messages, but as soon as I read them on my iphone, they disappear from my Ionic.  My emails and missed calls stay until I delete them, but the texts disappear as soon as I read on my phone.

This did not occur with my Blaze, and I understand the ionic holds even more than the blaze did.

Thank you,

If this is true, this how I would want it to be.

To me, the ideal situation would be that is a notification is cleared (on the phone or on the Ionic) then it clears the notification on both.  If the notifaction has been dealt with, I am not sure why you would still need it on the other device?

I can appreciate that this is how you would rather it would work for you.  However, with my Blaze, it didn't only serve as a notification - it stored up to 10, as the Ionic stores up to 20 notifications.  I was able to go back and re-read a text, which was often helpful, from my watch.

I mean, my phone gives me plenty of notification when I have an email, text, phone call, etc - it's already designed to do that.  But the helpful aspect was the ability to recall a text, and have it on my watch.
