My weather app wont sync correct time

The weather app has nothing to do with time syncing.  Time syncing is setting the time on the Ionic same as the phone or computer you are syncing with. The current local time is not shown anywhere on my Ionic weather app screen.

Just as @SunsetRunner informed, the Weather app won't show you the time. 

In the case you have a clock face that shows both, but time is not showing correctly; there are a couple workarounds you can try to sort it out.

First, check if the time zone settings are correct on your app. If they are, syncing your watch should fix the time for it to show correctly.

If that doesn't work, please try the workaround shown on this post. This has helped other users in the past.
