NO TRANS message when trying to exercise

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

When I press exercise, it says NO TRANS along with a bunch of random numbers and letters. I looked at other responses saying to factory reset the watch, which I can’t do because when I try to press settings it just says “settings” on the screen for a second then brings me back to the home menu. Holding down the left button and bottom right button don’t change anything, either. I’ve disconnected, logged out, and tried everything I could find online. I’m at a loss for what to as nothing seems to be fixing my problem. Any help is appreciated.

Hello @Dnutting and welcome to the Help forums.  Since you tried a restart and that didn't fix the problem, I think you should contact Support for more help.  For all the wrong reasons, I think it is good that you can't do a reset.  Some users have said that a reset bricked their devices.

@jtomaojohnson   Just to clarify something.  You added on to an older thread in the Ionic forum.  If you’re using an Ionic, Fitbit recalled it.  Please read the blue pinned thread at the top of this forum page for more information.
