I am getting frustrated and I spent too much money on this ionic watch for it not work!!!
I have cleaned it, restarted, changed the usb charger!!!!
It sometimes notifies me, this morning I woke up and I had 2,436 steps!!
PLEASE someone help me?!?!

Hi, @RECM75, I am just goijg to deal with the charging issue, as there are no details for your other problems.
How are you charging your Ionic? If you are using a computer or laptop, you should be aware that in most cases a computer / laptop will not deliver charge unless the computer/ laptop is awake and active. So unless you are using the computer at the same time, it may only be getting a few minutes charge (until it goes to sleep).
It is safe to use a wall charger, as long as it is UL / CE certified. The wall charger supplied with your phone is probably ideal. Give it a couple if hours charge on that, now that you hve cleaned everything, and then give it a restart. Let us know how it goes.
