Hi all, I just competed a run, allowed my ionic to autodetect the activity, and I cannot find the gps map of my route anywhere. It's not in the ionic itself, it's not in my app and its not online in the fitbit website. I've synced and made sure gps is turned on. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong? Thanks!

Best AnswerI believe that auto-detected activities will track time, distance, pace, etc. but not log them with GPS coordinates. In order to have GPS, you have to manually initiate the Exercise/activity.
Best AnswerThanks, that is what I was thinking coukd be the issue. I just got the ionic so this was my first run with it. When I was running there was an alert saying start exercise app and an arrow, should I have clicked on it to start mapping the activity? I read other posts warning it wiped out data so I let it go. Thanks again for your help!

On the screen where you see the 'arrow' or start button, you'll see at the top "Connecting...". Once you see GPS is connected, it's safe to start the run.
Also, on the screen where you start the run, there is a gear icon in the corner. If you select that, you can change the settings for GPS to either on or off for that exercise.
Best AnswerHi, I do have gps turned on as well as a run detect, thanks for the info. I just realized how to start a run in the tracker. Guess I'll have to wait till tomorrow's run to see that map! (Kinda annoying, I wish it just knew to track gps wo the extra work from me.) Thanks for the help everyone!
Best AnswerI took a walk and started the tracking. Where do I find the map?
Thanks!
