$318.21 from Fitbit.com Can't send it back. How do i get it to work? Got it to sync but won't update. No apps or clock faces an music.

The reason I cannot send it back as I have a boyfriend that would be very upset with me having to send it back as I spent $318.21 of my hard earned money. I don't have Fitbit friends....

The problem is this that my Fitbit will sync all day everyday for the last 4 days but I have been working on this for the last 4 days it is the frame wire whatever that is is not sure an not working it says that there are no clock faces there is no music there are no apps are not sure what is going on with this update can you please help me any advice would be appreciated to get this to update it is a Fitbit iconic

Swipe left, settings, about, factory reset and then set it up again from the app. I'm not sure if removing the device from the app will be necessary but it won't do any harm seeing as it's so new.
