I purchased a new ionic 2 days ago. I have set it up as instructed, which took forever. It initially looked like it had set up fine however wasn't tracking or showing a heart rate. After checking the heart rate was switched on in the settings, I followed the advice to restart the watch. This didn't solve anything. I then did a factory reset and restarted the set up process again. It still has all the same problems after setting it up again. Am I doing something wrong or have I got a problem with my watch? So frustrating!

I am currently on hold with customer service for the 4th time in the month i’ve had this. No other feature other than the time and steps (which I am not sure it’s accurate) work. Done many resets and a factory reset and it still doesn’t work. Now they want me to send it back to them, after they receive it and figure out what’s wrong with it then they will send a replacement...so no Ionic for around 3 weeks...really? So disappointed with this product and CS. I suggest you return it and get something else.
