If you buy the new ionic and change out the band, is the frame interchangeable as well??? For example if you buy the orange/blue ionic will your frame always be the burnt orange?

The watch and the frame is one piece.  If you get the burnt orange you It'll always be burnt orange.

No, the frame itself is not interchangeable.  The band is, but not the frame.
