New fitbit tracker not working properly

I recently received a replacement fitbit ionic tracker as a replacement under warranty. It was 6 days ago. Unfortunately when I have used it for the last 4 days it keeps going blank on me and has dine this a few times when I have been tracking exercise. It goes blank and I press the buttons and it buzzes but nothing appears on the screen. I have charged it so it is fully charged and the screen eventually comes back but something is wrong. Its disappointing because I was very happy to have a replacmwt sent for my last one that just stopped working. I think maybe it got damaged in the post to me because it was rattling around in a large box with the no packing when I received it. Please help as I need it on a daily basis to work well.
