Hi,
My Ionic got the firmware a while ago, and has been working fine. I recently had to do a factory reset on my phone. Since then the Ionic was syncing fine for a few days, but then stopped. The last time it synced was yesterday afternoon.
I've charged the phone and Ionic all the way up. I've restarted both. I've restarted the Bluetooth on the phone. I tried clearing the cache in the app (Android). I even uninstalled and reinstalled the app.
As a last resort, I removed the Ionic from my account and tried to set it up again.
Now it can't connect and keeps coming up asking me to restart Bluetooth.
On the "Searching for Ionic" screen it comes up with a bit check mark, and then says connecting. It then times out and wants me to try again. I've tried over 6 times with the same result.
What next?

Befor we will be able to set up the tracker we will need to fix the communication problem that caused the non sync issue.
Have you removed the Ionic from your phones Bluetooth?
If the phone is connected to WiFi try cellular.
Swiped any unneeded apps out of memory?

Okay, I unpaired the the Ionic in the phone's Bluetooth settings, and it worked. It finally got to the pin number stage and finished setting up.
Thanks
