My Ionic has not update since Saturday 11th July does not matter which system I use apple or android, has anyone else had this issue and been able to sort it out

- Are you referring to the Ionic firmware update?
- Is your watch syncing to your account?
- Do you have the latest app version on your phone?
- Is your Ionic still tracking your data?
