Ever since I updated my Ionic last week I haven’t had any stairs climbed register on my watch or app. I even climbed my stairs in my house twenty times and it didn’t read any?

Have you tried restarting the Ionic (Press and hold the left button and bottom right button together for 15 secs) to see if that helps?

The best thing to do now would be to contact fitbit support, they will be able to help you further.
