Since not being worn for a few weeks, I put on my fully charged Fitbit today to find that the screen is unresponsive to touch. Therefore I cannot now use any of its functions & it’s currently useless to me. I’ve tried resetting using buttons and synced a couple of times. Not made a bit of difference, any help would be appreciated. Thank you
