Have New Ionic so when I plugged the charger in the Fitbit logo came on and that’s all it does. Doesn’t matter what else I do the logo remains on.
pressed all 3 buttons until the logo went off then took my finger off the bottom right button and held the other 2 in but nothing else happened. It didn’t vibrate or a red X come up. I plugged it back in and the logo came back on... still the same.. where to from here..???
no where can I find how to turn it on or off..?

@Davidden, is this a new Ionic that you have not yet set up on your Fitbit account? If not, log into the Fitbit app with your email/password, open the Account screen, and select Set Up a Device to begin the setup process and follow the on-screen instructions.
