Just bought my new ionic and I've spent the past two days trying to get it to update just so I can use it. Today has been the most successful attempt with the update at about halfway and taking 10 hours to get this far. Is there a faster way? I've restarted the watch, restarted Bluetooth, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and have used both Wi-Fi and regular connection.

Are you still experiencing the same? Something that helps is being connected to Wi-Fi, better if it is your home one. Check here for more details on how to connect to Wi-Fi.
It is also good to try these troubleshooting steps if you keep experiencing trouble updating Ionic.
